We strive to provide a phone response within 15 to 30 minutes for all server down / business critical service calls and a phone response approximately within 30 to 60 minutes for all other service calls. Onsite within 2 to 4 hours for all server down / business critical service calls and onsite approximately within 4 to 24 hours for all other service calls that can’t be resolved remotely.
